The Four Corners Camp

The Four Corners Camp is an extension effort of the Rural Center located near the town of Pital in the midst of pineapple, tuber and citrus producing farms. A new parsonage in nearby Pital is very much needed and the Christian education building is needing completion. At the camp itself is found the chapel, a residence, and a second living area. The development anticipates the building of cabin space of prefab materials as well as a dining room/kitchen area and the renovation and amplification of the toilet facilities. The formation of recreation areas for campers is also needed. This camp is smaller and ideal for being able to express freely the joy of worshiping the Lord and the opportunity of still being in the presence of the Almighty. It will be used by groups, too, for shorter periods for planning sessions, for a week-end retreat, or for an overnight and a day prayer vigil experience. A young pastor and his wife with their first baby will greet those who come to the camp and those who will use it for retreat time.
